How do I make a booking?
You may contact the Rasmus Living Booking Department on 0845 643 1961 (office hours 9.00am – 5.30pm Mon- Sat).There is an answering machine for out of hours enquiries, or you may email info@rasmusliving.co.uk . Our booking department will be pleased to take a booking over the phone. Alternatively you can make a booking online by clicking “availability”.

What do I do if I cannot find what I want?
If you are unable to find an apartment that meets your requirements within your budget, please do not hesitate to contact our booking department on 0845 643 1961.

How do I find my apartment?
Shortly before arrival we will contact you by email to provide details of where we are, and how to collect the keys in order to access your apartment. These instructions are very clear and easy to follow. You will have the flexibility to arrive at any time of the day or night. If you do not have an email address we will send instructions by post.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 2.30pm and check-out is 11.00am.

Where do I park?
We can provide parking permits which will allow you to park on a street near to the apartment . These can be purchased from the Rasmus Shop (office hours 9.00am – 5.30pm Mon-Sat) on arrival. An administrative fee will apply. Should you arrive outside of office hours then there is unrestricted parking near the apartments between 6.00pm- 9.00am. Further details will be enclosed in your instructions.

Where are the apartments located?
All our apartments are located in Harrogate City Centre, close to shops and restaurants. If you are visiting the International Conference Centre, we have apartments that are opposite the main entrance.

What can I expect in my apartment?
All our 5 Star apartments offer a spacious open- plan living area. Plasma TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with an extensive range of utensils, crockery, cutlery and appliances. Provisions for tea and coffee are provided. All our bedrooms and bathrooms have been designed with our guests in mind to ensure comfort and relaxation. Beds are made up with fresh linen and towels laid out.

Are the bedrooms doubles or singles?
In most of our apartments we are able to offer the option of doubles or singles. Please specify when booking.


Do you offer breakfast?
Working with our local partner Jakes cafe/bar and restaurant, we have created the perfect start to your day: a freshly prepared and delicious combination of cinnamon brioche, cheese and ham croissant and Chegworth organic apple and strawberry or pear and raspberry fruit juice.
These can be ordered for any number of people (min 2) and will be delivered outside your apartment door between 7.45am and 8.15(Mon-Sat) and at 9.30am on Sundays.
The pack will include a complementary voucher, which will entitle you to 10% off when eating at Jakes.

Do you provide high chairs and travel cots?
High chairs and travel cots are available on request. Please specify when booking. Charges may apply.

Is there WIFI?
WIFI is available when pre-booked. Charges may apply.

Do you accept pets?
We are sorry but we do not accept pets.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
Smoking is not permitted in any of our apartments.

Is there a minimum stay?
You may book our apartments from one night to one year. Certain offers may be subject to a minimum stay period.

How often will my apartment be cleaned and the linen changed?
Our apartments are cleaned once per week for stays over 7 nights. We are able to provide additional cleaning and linen changes on request. Charges may apply.
