What do I do if I cannot find what I want?
If you are unable to find an apartment that meets your requirements within your budget, please do not hesitate to contact our booking department on 0845 643 1961. Alternatively use our Here to Help option live link shown on the right hand side of this page.
How do I find my apartment?
Approximately 7 days before arrival we will contact you by email to provide details of where the apartment is you will be staying in, what the access code into the building is and the access code for the lock box in the entrance to the apartment building which holds your apartment key. These instructions are very clear and easy to follow. You simply print them and bring them with you on arrival. You will have the flexibility to arrive at any time of the day or night from check in time of 2.30pm as you simply let yourself in with the details we provide you. If you do not have an email address we will send instructions by post.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
You may check-in anytime after 2.30pm and check-out anytime before 11.00am.
Please note that any early check-in, or late check-out will incur a £25.00 per hour charge.
Where do I park?
IF YOU REQUIRE UNRESTRICTED PARKING, We can provide 1 PARKING PERMIT PER APARTMENT, which will give you unrestricted on street parking from check in to check out on the day of departure in the W10 disc Zone Only - (Swan Road, Cornwall Road, York Road and Clarence Drive which are all close to your apartment). If you choose to order a parking permit, the permit will be in your apartment ready for use on arrival. Simply pre-order your parking permit by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to arrival. An administrative fee of £6 per night will apply and you will not be charged on Sundays. The permit must be returned by 11am check out time on the day of departure. If you are staying in Harrogate later than 11am check out time, please feel free to use a COMPLIMENTARY BLUE PARKING DISC which will give you a further 3 hours parking for FREE (see below).
ON STREET PARKING IS FREE FROM 6.00pm TO 9.00am MONDAY TO SATURDAY AND FREE ALL DAY SUNDAY IN THE W10 DISC ZONE ONLY WHICH IS SWAN ROAD, CORNWALL ROAD, YORK ROAD AND CLARENCE DRIVE WHEN YOU DISPLAY A COMPLIMENTARY BLUE PARKING DISC WHICH YOU WILL FIND IN THE ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT BUILDING. Simply set the disc to the time you have arrived, then place the disc on the dashboard of your vehicle and you will receive 3 hours FREE PARKING on the streets above.

Please be advised that the administration fee relating to providing parking arrangements, is a charge paid to Rasmus Living for facilitating this service and does not in any way relate to Harrogate Borough Council. Further details will be enclosed in your instructions.
Where are the apartments located?
All our apartments are located in Harrogate City Centre, close to the Rasmus Living Office, shops and restaurants. If you are visiting the International Conference Centre, we have apartments that are opposite the main entrance. We have one apartment on Union Street and all our other apartments are on Crescent Road and Swan Road.

What can I expect in my apartment?
Each apartment offers a spacious open-plan living area. Plasma TV, DVD and CD player. Some apartments also have an iPod docking station.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an extensive range of utensils, crockery, cutlery and appliances. You will also find a washing machine, dishwasher, washing up liquid and tablets, j-cloths and tea towels in the apartment along with provisions for Yorkshire tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets for that welcoming drink on arrival.
Rasmus Living breakfasts and luxury packs can also be ordered.
All our bedrooms and bathrooms have been designed with our guests in mind to ensure comfort and relaxation. Each bathroom comes complete with a selection of luxurious collection of Calm Seas toiletries by H2K including Ginseng Soft Soap, Bath & Shower Gel, Conditioning Shampoo & Hand & Body Moisturiser as well as cotton wool balls and cotton wool buds. Beds are made up with fresh linen and have a large and small towel laid out for each guest.
Are the bedrooms doubles or singles?
In most of our apartments we are able to offer the option of doubles or singles. Please specify when booking.
Do you offer breakfast?
If you wish to order any of the following, you can do so at any point prior to your arrival by calling 0845 643 1961 or emailing info@rasmusliving.co.uk but we ask that you please give us 48 hours notice.
Rasmus Living Breakfast
We have created the perfect start to your day. A freshly prepared breakfast including Freshly baked bread from Bettys, Butter, Jam & Marmalade Preserves, Milk, Cereals, Fresh Orange Juice and Fruit. Breakfasts can be ordered for any number of people and will be in your apartment on arrival.

Do you provide high chairs and travel cots?
High chairs and travel cots are available on request. (Please bring own linen for your travel cot) Charges may apply.
Is there WiFi?
FREE WiFi is available at no extra charge in all but one of our apartments. (Information on how to connect to the Wi-Fi can be found in the welcome pack) If for any reason the Wi-Fi signal is not strong enough, please contact us and we can reboot the system remotely.
Wi-Fi is not available in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which sleeps 4/6 however, we can suppy you with a USB internet dongle device FREE OF CHARGE. Please request this on booking.
For business guests who wish to have access to the internet outside of the apartments, we also offer a service for a pay as you go USB internet dongle device subject to availability.
Do you accept pets?
We are sorry but we do not accept pets.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
Smoking is not permitted in any of our apartments.
Is there a minimum stay?
You may book our apartments from one night to one year subject to availability. Certain offers may be subject to a minimum stay period.
How often will my apartment be cleaned and the linen changed?
Our apartments are cleaned once per week for stays over 7 nights. We are able to provide additional cleaning and linen changes on request. Charges may apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. This is refundable.
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will
be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For large group bookings, a 20% non refundable deposit may be required.
The above policy applies to direct bookings. Any bookings made by other agents may vary.
