Luxury Superior 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom - (Sleeps 4)

Our luxury superior two bedroom two bathroom apartments (sleeps4) offer the comfort and facilities that you would expect to find in a luxury hotel, and combine the freedom and space of your own home.

The Bedrooms have superior quality linen on comfortable beds to ensure maximum relaxation, wardrobe, mirror and desk with chair, ironing board and iron, hair dryer and fan. Most of our two bedroom two bathroom apartments have the option of twin or double beds. Ideal if you are staying with friends, family or business colleagues.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, sink, dishwasher with dishwasher tablets, full-size oven, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Complimentary yorkshire tea, coffee, milk sachets and sugar are also provided. We can also provide you with a Rasmus Living Breakfast which is available every day except on Mondays, featuring freshly baked Bettys bread, fruit, cereals and fresh orange juice but must be pre ordered. Charges apply.

The Dining and Living Area is spacious and includes comfortable designer seating, coffee table, dining table and chairs, iPod docking station for iPhone and iPad, a Plasma TV, DVD, and CD player. You will also find a complimentary welcome pack and tourist information guide with a few carefully selected restaurant and take away menus we can recommend for you to browse through.

The Bathrooms have all been individually designed and include one main bathroom with sink, WC, shower or bath (some both!), tiled floor, wall heaters and one en suite bathroom with sink, WC and shower.

Each bathroom also comes complete with a luxurious collection of complimentary Calm Seas toiletries by H2K including Ginseng Soft Soap, Bath & Shower Gel, Conditioning Shampoo & Hand & Body Moisturiser as well as cotton wool balls and cotton wool buds to use at your disposal. A fresh large and small towel will also be laid out on the beds for each guest.

On Street Parking is available...

We can provide 1 PARKING PERMIT PER APARTMENT, which will give you unrestricted on street parking from check in to check out in the W10 disc Zone - (Swan Road, Cornwall Road, York Road and Clarence Drive). Click here for more detailed parking information.

Additional Facilities - Cot beds and high-chairs are available on request for an additional £5 per booking each and a weekly clean is included for stays over 7 days.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Approximately 7 days before arrival we will contact you by email to provide details of where the apartment is you will be staying in, what the access code is to the building and how to collect the keys for your apartment. These instructions are very clear and easy to follow. You simply print them and bring them with you on arrival. You will have the flexibility to arrive at any time of the day or night from check in time of 2.30pm. If you do not have an email address we will send instructions by post.
